Looking at the number of pictures and the nature of them from our recent beach vacation confirms that Henri Cartier-Bresson was correct when he said that taking photos with a camera is an illusion; they are instead made with the eye, the heart, and the head. We didn’t capture many pictures of everydayness, the sweet moments the kids shared or the fun in the ocean with the camera, but we did capture every single one with our eyes. The girls will be this little for a short period of time, they will only have these firsts just once, and I suddenly want to savor everything especially the lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer. #summer #beach #growingupsavvy #family #kidsofinstagram A photo posted by Nadya (@growingupsavvy) on Jun 24, 2015 at 9:01am PDT Share this:Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window) Related posts: Weekending: A Lazy State of Mind Welcoming the Dog Days of Summer Moment Summer Eats
